Pete surprised Alexis with a new bike Friday evening. We were just going to replace the old tires on her bike, but found out it was cheaper to buy a whole new bike. Tires were $14 each and the tubes were $7 each. That would make it $42 and Pete found a brand new Princess bike at Pacific Cycle for $27. Can't beat that since Wal-Mart wanted $72 for one just like it.

And away she goes! She is still using training wheels, but probably not for long because she catches on to everything so quickly. She had a wonderful week at Pre-School, but she can't tell me any of the other kids names. I think she sticks pretty close to her best friend Bentley during school.

How cute is that bike? I don't see any princess bikes in our future. Looks like Pete made her day!
We also love pacific cycle! Avery found an awesome bike for $38 - the same one at Wal-Mart was around $80! and like DeAnn - I don't see any cute princess wheels in our future
